Fabz, ill see what i can find tomorrow, the older dark grey ones are about $70, the newer black & red ones are about $55, but are hard enough for our guys to get.The dealers dont actually sell them they are brought by the techs from the manufacturer, what size are you after

Deserthead, this is ties up with the iac control, i think it originated in emissions requirements, if its really a problem for you i may be able to write it out of the calibration, but im nt sure how it will drive.
ElDubya, you need to be able to turn the key in the lock, push a pin punch into the hole you mentioned & turn the key, you will feel the lock tab move when you have it turned far enough, then pull the barrel out of the housing.
If you cant turn the key you need to drill out the lock until it can be removed.
