very well said. an unfortunate incident, these can happen anywhere. there was a rotten egg in my dozen once when i purchesed them from a particular large-scale grocery chain. doesnt give me the right to slander their company though.
this is why we ask questions and educate ourselves in our rights. sometimes its because they will try to rip you off, sometimes its because the trainee isnt 100% sure what to do and is to scared to ask.
either way, the buyer can always gain the upper hand by asking questions or even contacting consumer affairs.
i feel like Jerry Springer, but that is the final thought for this thread before it becomes a "lets slander an entire company because i got screwed once"
