vp aircon problem?

hey
my aircon comes out at my feet only and not on the dash....cold air works but not the heating
was told probably a vaccum hose or something disconnected? had a quick squiz but all hoses seemed connected but fairly clueless under the bonnet
can anyone describe what hose i should be looking for and where it exactly is?

Does it lack blow? Does it seem to only be blowing at slow speed but on high?

nah full bore on high nothing at all coming out of dash outlet

heater is working actually.
