Problem

I've got a vz (non climate control) and my a/c and heater both work. The problem is I can only get air to blow out through the windscreen vents no matter what setting I turn the dial on. Fans 1,2,3 work but max does not. I'm avoiding going to my dealer because they're ****.

Any one got any ideas?

Sounds like a vacuum problem. I am not familiar with the alloytech engine, but there should be a thin vacuum hose connected somewhere on the intake manifold, probably at the rear. Check the condition of the hose.
