Contacting ASR - another thread...

G'day All.

OK, in order to ease the frustration that some folks are experiencing in getting hold of me... And some of my own in not being able to split myself into several pieces...

First and foremost - for general questions like "how does it work", "how hard is it to install", "where are you", "how long does it take".... PLEASE have a browse through the threads and FAQs, and if you're still unsure post a question. I'm afraid I'm being forced to ignore PMs asking already answered questions. With a little help offered from a couple of good mates, many of the recurring questions will be dealt with through the forum threads. I need to move the emphasis away from individual PMs being used for general questions, so that the answers can be shared. This will hopefully answer the questions before they're even asked.

Secondly, If you're keen on getting a quote for some work, please send me an e-mail - it's getting too hard to track these kind of enquiries through PMs. I now receive PMs from a couple of other forums as well so it's just not practical. With an email I can file it and follow it up - well, that's the aim anyway. On that note though, there have been a couple of fellas who have jumped up and down in emails wanting quotes and info - but then after I reply I never hear another word. I do go to a bit of trouble with my replies, it's nice to know that the effort is worthwhile.

Third point - there has been a major update to the ASR web site - there's still some work to do, but there's a lot more info available now - the new price lists will be online very soon, so please limit your enquiries on that for a few more days - the info will be there.

I do apologise to all who are having such problems getting hold of me - I'll do my best to make it a little easier from now on.

got an email back the other day, you just have to be very patient. he does the job of 3 people and it would be time consuming
