At long last, I have availability and pricing on the JBL '09 range!!

The prices below are for the more commonly required components among we Commodore pilots, but I also have access to most other products in the JBL car audio range. I'm offering the following packages at a further 5% off for one month only, orders must be received and paid by 05 September 2009. They include a four (or five) channel amp, 6.5" splits for front, and 6.5" or 6x9" coax units for rear. This is suitable for VT-VZ Commodores, the 6.5" speakers do fit in the factory mounting buckets with slight modification. If 6x9" rear units are chosen (for parcel shelf mounting) then grilles will also be required for installation, among the other usual cable / terminal / hardware supplies. THIS REDUCTION ONLY APPLIES TO THE PACKAGES LISTED - NOT ON INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS. (I'm keeping the pricing on this gear VERY competitive, so the extra discount only comes with a multiple goods purchase) If you need the goods sent to you, then you'll be copping the freight as well.

Best 4 channel + subwoofer package.
Custom fabricated 2 x 10" or 2 x 12" enclosure - boot mounted, convenient brackets and "tri-wing" bolts for retention, high current "Speakon" connector for rapid and safe disonnection. Full access to spare and jack without enclosure removal, but can be removed in less than a minute if necessary. It's a fully sealed type enclosure, aimed more at SQ than SPL. Carpet covered in either charcoal or "ASR blue", protective metal grilles, pocket handles fitted, fully leak tested. The 2-12 enclosure has an internal volume of 2 cubic feet, the 2-10 a volume of 1.6 - this matches not only the JBL woofers, but most other 10" or 12" mainstream units. Also in this package is ASR's very own amp mounting shelf - 4mm solid aluminium "propeller plate" (like checkerplate, but much shinier), drilled and tapped for amplifier and bracket mounting. Includes piano hinge for upper crossmember mounting, and screws / brackets for rear edge retention. Fully buffed top surface, mirror shine. (reflects all cables and connections, looks very pretty!)

Just as a side note, 6x9" parcel shelf speakers are not recommended in an installation such as this, as the subwoofers will "pump" the cones of the 6x9" units affecting the sound quality...

PLEASE NOTE that the above prices DO NOT include installation or supplies - such as cabling (for power, RCA interconnects, and speakers), fuses, mountings (apart from the "Best" system with the amp mounting shelf included). Basically, expect to spend at least another $200 plus on such supplies, depending on the quality level you're after. Naturally, should you ask for me to source these materials I can help you out there.

Also it doesn't iclude the line out modification to the head unit, which may or may not be required. (ie - if you have an aftermarket head unit, or have previously had the ASR line out modification done, then that's that... Otherwise that's an additional cost, pricing really depends on the "other" work that will be done.)

I can also get quite good pricing on Stinger accessories and Dynamat damping material, or for the more budget conscious I can get most of what you can find in the Jaycar catalogue for a little better than retail pricing. Naturally installation services are available in the Sydney area, or perhaps on a "Roadshow" tour if you're from elsewhere. Don't forget, these aren't the "top shelf" JBL compoe\nents either. Should you require something a little more, I can also do Power and GTi series. (requires a bit fatter wallet though...)
