Hey, I slipped on a couple of things - contrary to popular opinion I'm not a machine, I am human - I made a couple of errors, I accept that, I'm making it right, and trying to move forward.

I do have a life outside of the business - given my circumstances I'm not really able to give a lot to it, but in the most recent past it has placed some demands on me which I simply could not put aside.

I'm sorry, for what it's worth. I'm getting things sorted, and have NO INTENTION WHATSOEVER of ripping people off!! (so to Mister "sounds pretty shifty..." - I'd suggest you do a bit more reading in this forum before you make ill-informed judgements, and placing them on-line...)

Sounds like you're taking a bit too much on mate. I meant no disrespect, I've been ripped off before by people on this forum claiming they're awesome at this and that, etc. I'm sure that's not the case with you but you can understand what I mean.

Time to expand the business I think, get some contractors or something!

It is hard at times guys theres a number of factors that can delay things ect.... ive even found it a lil hard 2 keep up with the work at times as well as having another full time job and a personal life aswell 2 consider and ive got no where near the amount of work load that Greg has which is y u just gotta keep, keeping in contact with Greg and stand by him his reputation speaks 4 itself.

well 1st thing i would have done is try either contacting Rich or torquative (Matt??) as they have taken on the roll in helping Greg out in the ASR section here and im sure those fellas would have tried 2 follow it up 4 u or given u some sorta heads up. I myself could have been contacted aswell, there r many threads that tell u how 2 get in contact with him and with whos helping who.

I vented in here, which was not the right thing to do as I know Greg is not a fly by nighter at all, and now things are back on track it's all good for a December launch of the Stereo install here (I hope lol). Apologies for venting Greg

ant, thats right ... although kudos to Rich for being active lately, as I've come out of a very serious motorbike accident earlier this year, so my priorities have been elsewhere, rather then worrying about what's happening in here.

MySV6 ... although I wont say venting here is the best thing to do, in all honesty its the truth, and Greg himself mentioned only a few posts back that he's been struggling with the work load. I'd be more worried if it was all positive feedback at the moment, because that means something would be wrong. The truth is, the man is struggling to keep up. You simply saw someone raise an issue similar to yours, and you made mention of your experience. The idea of forums is to share thoughts, opinions, and in the case of sponsors, give feedback, and that's all you were doing.

But you've also come back and mentioned that its in the process of being fixed, because that's the truth as well.

I am hoping in the new year to sit down with Greg and have a chat to see what else we can do to fix the current back log issue. The idea of 'contractors' has been mentioned, only problem is there isn't enough profit in the work to pay for that, then there's the added cost needed to set everything up to allow that, which is the problem here to begin with - if Greg had some cash up front to get ahead, like with pre made boards, all these problems would go away. On one hand we all want his work and cant get it done quick enough, but on the other hand no one wants to front up a loan in case he "vanishes", "goes under" or because based off the current experience "doesn't do the work"

Its not the best at the moment, but its still a matter of patience pays off. I've seen people do their own thing with lighting, and its obvious its low quality. I've seen a couple of people now attack, and kill, their dash clusters or radio's trying to replicate Greg's work. It is specialised, it is something only Greg and Ant do as one men shows

yes very keen for blue leds in my VT and possibly in the footwells. im in Echuca dont know if you'll be goin through there but i can just take my car to a mates in melbourne and get it done there
