    Default Rewarding Phreddies Hard Work

    Hey Greg and jc members,

well after going to a car show today and a couple of people looking through my car, a couple of observant people noticed the AUX button in my dash....

well after giving the run down your work, the quality and a demo in car, there was a couple of very keen people..... (they wanted contact details, so i just gave this real keen fella your number, hope you dont mind greg, hopefully it works out for you too)

btw greg, i plan to get a history board of my car made up sometime, and i plan to have pictures of the dashes lit up like a christmas tree to show the beaut conversion of yours for a bit of publicity too on your behalf.... also because you cant show the dash lights that great in daylight

p.s i bought my alpine gear last week, got 2x sets of type r components, 1x type r 12inch sub in an alpine branded box which is pure sex in looks haha, and the PDX.5 5ch digital amp, so as well as being able to show your light mods, i should be able to show your felxibility in awesome sound from your 4ch pre-outs,

while i think of it, have you considered and extra 2ch output for subs pre out???? nudge ill be a purchaser

    anyways enough rambling from me,

    Cheers
    Andrew

Ant (wrx884) who is Greg's (Phreddy) WA contact will be doing full dash light conversion along with RCA preouts on stock headunit and Aux In on my VZ Calais once Greg sends the necessary led's.

Im sure a few mates will be keen to get it done once the finished project is done. The flow on effect should be very high with how good it will look.

PS: Andyman, you may want to get the thread title changed from having the word "Phressies" in it instead of "Phreddy's"

Andy - that's a kind offer Mate, and it will be great to hear that mod through such tasty gear - it should let you explore at least the majority of the potential it offers you...

Walt! Hope you're well Matey, I'll be in touch with you shortly too - we have sub business to attend to....

    i agree.

greg.im sure we could get some real good shots on just how good the work you can do is. and make you up a thread. that could be stickied because at the moment you have no options for the vr-vs models. and on this forum that is the largest part of it.

i have what i think is a decent camera and could get some pictures of your car and mine when its finished. this i think could help you get things going again. im free most days at the moment so i can come up and try get some interest. let me know what you think

Nothing like Type R gear, pretty sure Greg's had a demo of my alpine gear thanks to Korn - Blind.....

But like you said I think we all end up doing demo-ish work, makes you feel good to get nice comments and all!

I have Type R front splits and Type R rear speaker doors with Type R 12" Subs. Greg tuned it all for me and honestly sounds absolutely amazing. I have never had a car stereo sound so amazing. Once again thanks Greg! You have really shown me the potential a stock Blaupunkt Head unit has with low level outputs can do! No need for an aftermarket head unit. Honestly cannot tell the difference!

well another car show (albion park ute and car show, tied to the albion park show), had a curious person notice my car, and asked some questions, so i forwarded contacts to you again greg, hope it works out,

on a side note, the old girl took out 1st for best wagon/van for 2010 - no sound comp there, so i was a bit put out

p.s im waiting to get into a sound comp greg so i can allow you to use your mod as an "award winning product" haha, will be for street class as i dont have door pods and my amp is just on 600w rms, acording to spec, the test sheet shows other wise though......., its meant to be 75w x 4 and 300w x 1 mono, but the test shows 110w x 4 and 410w x 1 mono rms

    anyway im

i reckon next year you put the winning wagon up against Kezas wagon and see what they do

that's good to hear tho! I probably wont get around to getting audio done now as I need to focus my money on other aspects of life other then the car, but we need to find some form of show that awards ideas or lighting or something
