New ASR forum mods

G'day All.

I'm very pleased to announce that I have appointed two new moderators for the ASR forum, namely Torquative (Matt) and rch-13z (Richie).

Both these fellas have been a great help to me in answering the numerous questions which crop up here, and a whole lot behind the scenes besides that. From here on they have full moderator privileges within this sub-forum, and be warned - they have the ability to move or delete threads and posts which are not related to ASR products & services, with my full support. It's been an ongoing problem where new users especially - but not exclusively - are posting general electrical or audio questions here, essentially cluttering things up and making it hard for everyone else to get to the info they require. (I've started sijmply deleting them myself, after becoming tired of moving the darn things... I encourage you guys to take exactly the same mind-set.)

Thanks Greg, as you may have noticed I went through the other night and did my first official "clean-up"... Hopefully keep this sub-forum clean will clean will mean we miss less questions and feed the business through!

That's the aim Mate!

In fact, I'm thinking about a serious revision of my contact policies.... When things are coming from about 5 different directions, it gets pretty hard to keep track of sometimes. I keep getting screwed up by replying to one message, gotting it mixed up with another email, thinking they were the same person, and it turns out they weren't... Or the other way around.... It's happened a few times, and it's taking way too much time to get in touch, and creates issues when I don't get back to people who have been waiting...

I might have to go with email contact only, for those with fair dinkum job inquiries... At least I can keep reasonable track of those...

Anyhow, I better watch out - getting off-topic like this, one of the new mods might give me a good slappin'!

lol @ Gregs comments, Ive been looking after the JCCCNSW section for 3 years so for me it's a matter of just doing the same here.

Not too many sticky topics, move the posts that are genuinely in the wrong section, delete those from tools or that are just posted out of pure disregard for the forum rules
