G'day all.

OK, it's time I updated my contact procedures - many are becoming frustrated with some difficulties in getting hold of me. I can completely understand that, and for what it's worth I apologise.

Please though, try and understand that at the moment I get hit with enquiries and so on from about five different sources - often this contact is split between PMs and emails, and it's just getting way too hard for me to track.

SO - if you just have general questions, then by all means shoot a PM or post in the public forums.

BUT - if you want to get pricing, or book in a job, then PLEASE send me an e-mail. It's a lot easier for me to keep these in some sort of organisation, and hopefully there won't be so many of these that slip through the cracks. The other alternative is to call me, but if I don't answer it's simply because I'm tied up on something else. NOT because I'm ignoring you!! (when I'm up to my elbows in something, I need to keep my mind on what I'm doing - those of you who have seen a cluster stripped down will know what I'm on about...)

Sorry guys, but if you're sending PMs to try and get quotes or book a job in, then don't be too upset if I miss out on getting back to you. PLEASE send an e-mail, and I definitely will.

Whilst I'm at it, for those who like to take up time in sending several e-mails (or PMs) back and forth, and then disappear off the planet - just try to bear in mind that I respond INDIVIDUALLY to these questions, and it takes a LOT of time - and in many cases it's a complete WASTE of time. If you're just "kicking tyres", then ask your questions through the forum! That way I can get back to the people who are actually waiting on answers, with the intention of actually going ahead and doing something.

Thanks guys - sorry I have to go this way, but it's going to be a lot easier to get back to those I need to, WHEN I need to.
