vy ss cd mech error

my vy ss cd player (6 disc) says cd mech error wen i try load a cd any help ?

I'm not sure if Phreddy does repairs (he's the owner of ASR) but a quick search found a few similar issues in the Vy section

I do some repairs to the Blau units, and I have seen this symptom several times. Usually it's cause by a spring jumping off deep in the mechanism somewhere, and believe me the six-stacker mechanism is not something you want to strip down....

In most cases it's easiest to simply replace the CD mech itself - the upper "half" of the unit. As it happens I do have a spare serviceable stacker mech, if you're interested sing out.
