Fantastic website mate.

If i can make a suggestion for the pricing section, maybe do a price breakdown for each component.. IE cluster is $x + extra $x for morphing needle..

Hi all,

Still looking for feedback on the site, Greg, Matt & myself really want this site to be as user friendly as possible.

Since the site has been released I have made changes to flaws in the design & things that I just didn't like the look of.

All feedback welcome!

As a brand new person to the world of led conversions I thought it was a great site, easy to navigate and I have looked at every picture for the 'VY-VZ inc Monaro' range 20 times over lol

As a WA person I guess the only thing I'd have wanted is a little bit more explicit info on how we get the work done (I now know about Ant and the situation but found this out via these forums).

That's a great concept, Maybe something like a seperate WA customers contact section which would have how Ant likes to do things.... his rough location etc etc.

I'll have a chat with Greg/Ant & see how they would like to approach it! I think contacting ASR has been one major area that required improvement.

Appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your thoughts!

In regards to the contact issues have u thought about a 3rd person as a point of contact that everyone can ring and that person can pass info on to each of the lads via email or phone??

i didnt have much issue contacting phreddy by phone though,just wake him up early lolol

im up for it if the lads dont mind,contactable between 9am - 10pm most days just a thought??

It's something Greg discussed with me recently... But if people leave reasonable voice messages and emails they will be contacted.

Unfortunately a lot of calls and emails come through with questions that have been answered in faq's etc etc

Idk if you can answer rich, ive sent phreddy an email but he still hasnt responded, on the red and Wite conversion photos for VT/VX, why is the shifter blue, can it be red or white?

i can answer this jonesy id say the guy who got that conversion done chose 2 go with blue just 4 somthing different and 2 break up the colours. u can certainly use other colours so yep red and white can b done.

**BIG UPDATE**

Hi guys, big update on the ASR Audio website we need to mention.

First of all we've created booking forms or clients to use, instead of trying to call Greg, we can give him some peace and book online. Once the booking is recieved Greg can email you back confirming your date and what you want. The booking forms are quite extensive and you are able to select multiple items that'd you'd wish to have done to your car. What we've also put back up is the price list, so please have a look at this price list, hopefully it answers your questions from now on.

Now I say 'forms' because there are 2, one for Sydney clients and one for Interstate clients. With the interstate booking form, what will happen is when you send through your booking request, you'll go into a mailing list with Greg, once he's ready to announce dates he'll email you all in bulk.

I'm currently working on some more stuff on the website which should hopefully give clients a bit more up-to-date information regarding interstate dates, but for now this should not only help you guys, but help Greg. The less time on the phone the more stuff he can get done, which benefits everyone.
