Let me know how you go, because I want to go white needles, the changing needle colour looks sweet but not for me... White needles alone would look awesome!
Let me know how you go... Gotta organise a time to catch up and finish off the shifter led setup.... I know how to rip it all out now!

Phreddy's first VE
Hi everyone, I was Freddy's first guinea pig in a VE....although my Maloo had white LED's as the main lighting....it had "Ugly Red" Speedo & Tacho, plus the 3 pog guages in the middle....Phreddy did an absolutly awesome job on mine converting the red to white....The dash now looks the way it should have intended to look (very similar to VY & VZ HSV's)...all white with red needles. The pod guages now match the white in the centre console area...also all white. I do hope that you start getting more VE's now, as there are quite a few on the road... ..Freddy your a legend........cheers, Mick...

the green is a very solid green, the white is not as solid in the cluster. i guess its like at work , we paint the black tvs white... they look white, but the white isnt as convincing as the black being black.......................
I think the blue in the middle comes up in the first photo, in the 3rd one i dont see it...i think its exaggerated by the effect of glass on the camera. But to answer ur qn, no its not perfect, i find to the sides its a little more "off" white. But it looks heaps better than green imo, and knowing this i'd still have got phreddy to change them over, without a doubt.
on the climate control its extremly crisp, on the radio its more of a yellower tinge due to the film used.
