Default Ok Guys, Stupid question of the year.

I own an 06 VE SS V and as we all know, the head unit has an mp3 input port.

I have a nokia N95i with an 8Gb mp3 player built in. The phone didn't come with a cable that seems to do what I want. so the Question is:

Do I run from the USB port out of the phone to the audio input in the head unit or do I run from the audio output of the phone to the audio input of the head unit??

And where would I find the cable that is needed for the job?

My nokia manual doesn't really help and the SS user manual doesn't either!!

Thanks in advance for the help guys...

Audio out (if it has one) to audio in on the stereo. Choose AUX as the source on the radio.

Any Dick Smith/Jaycar/stereo shop should be able to help you there.

N95i has an audio output on the side, use that.

As Reaper has said, any reasonable electronics store will have one, in fact, even some supermarkets may have them. They're extremely common these days, used for iPods and the like.

Just don't let them con you into buying an expensive cable. Anything more than $5 is expensive, more than $10 is a ripoff. Hell, it probably cost more to freight the cable from the manufacturer to the store than it did to make the cable itself.
