Hi Guys, I've got a VE SSV with the 8 inch woofers in the parcel shelf.
Do you think there is a practical way of mounting some good quality 8 inch Sub woofers in the parcel shelf and strengthening up the shelf to help stop the vibrations? Or is this not such a good idea?
I'm just trying to utilise space and holes, as I would love to have subs but don't want to have them in a box on the boot floor if I can help it. But maybe I will have no other option.
Thanks guys.
i personaly think its a terrible idea...
you will have to remove the parcel shelf and then actually cut into the metal to make them fit which is a terrrible idea and i actually think is illegal
can i ask why you want them in the parcel shelf and not in the boot
i can assure a good quality 12" sub with the rite amp in your boot (dont properly) will make better sound then an 8" sub and should only take up minimal room
i rekon go the 12 inch sub and just put it in a box on the floor and make it look tidy
