    Default running subs

    im a noob when it comes to car audio but can i run a 300ish w sub off a 600w amp which is already connected to 4 speakers? or do i need a second amp just to run the sub? back speakers are 320w front are 240w. thanks guys

    Best off running the sub off another amp....

    yup, i have found that buying a decent monoblock amp for the sub is the wayy to go.

    Yes it is. A monoblock only has 1 channel, which is most commonly dedicated to sub bass duties.
