That Sony amp only produces 120wrms when bridged at 4 ohms. Definately not enough to drive the sub properly. It will work OK, but you risk overdriving the amp and sending the sub a clipped signal (not good for the sub).
By the looks of it you wont be able to bridge the other two channels to power the second sub. Although there is another option......you could run the Kicker off two channels at 2 ohm (1 voice coil per channel) and then bridge the remaining two channels to run the Pioneer. But as i said before theres not enough power there to drive the sub properly. Personally i wouldnt bother running two different subs, but in the end its up to you. Theres plenty of other brands / models out there that will do the job better. Look at the Jaycar 4 x 100wrms model for example. 380wrms when bridged (both pairs of channels can be bridged) which is enough for your kicker.....then what i would do is get yourself a good pair of front splits and power them off the other two channels, 100wrms is plenty too.

If your after an alright amp, i recently picked up a Clarion APX1301 Monoblock from Ryda, for $170ish. They were on special and i think they still are. 400RMS @2ohm, good match for the kicker sub you have, and for the money, i think you'd be hard pressed finding much better.
