it's probably staring right in the face, but i can't find anywhere to run the wires through to the front doors. Are there some rubber gromets or something that can be removed? Thanks guy's![]()
Assuming VP's are the same as VS's, you should be able to pull out the trim under the steering column, and the trim peice with the vents leading to the door, then see a heap of wires going up the side, and eventually into the door.
Man, thats a bad description...sorry, I'm tired and can't think straight
EDIT: VP's don't have vents in the doors do they...so I dunno. Good luck with the hunt...

There should be for the VPs, youre car would have central locking i'd imagine? If so then you should see the rubber grommits in the door and pillar, and the tubing running in between?
Edit: If youre meaning from the dash to the grommits, Philthy is on the money![]()

(This has been along time since I have done this but if memory serves me correctly). You need to remove the air vents from both sides of the car. There should be a plug in the pillar for the loom that goes to the door. Unplug this and you can remove the entire grommet from the door and the pillar which will enable you to run new speaker wires through this grommet. Let me know if you need anymore info....
