CD player help!

Hey guys just hooking up my amp to my head unit with the auxiliary type cables( i dont know what there called but theres 2 of them).
Now on my head unit it has 3 sets of auxillary inputs the 1st red and white pair say Rear,The 2nd set says Front and the 3rd set says Subwoofer? which set do i plug the cables into for my amp?

Any help would be great cause its holding up my progress.

what is the amp running?

if its rear speakers, into the rear port

sub into the sub port ect

Mate, I think you answered your own question... Considering that you havent given us much more info, but Where is the amp for? the front, the rear or the sub. I think you better take it to autobarn mate cause i can see this ending up really really bad if you dont know where to plug that into.
