As the title says pretty much
I was driving home stereo working all fine then all of a sudden now sound at all!!!
I checked and there is no power to the amps but all power wires are connected, what could it be?
Ground mate? Checked the cable connecting to the battery? Fuses?
Cheers.
I'd be checking the fuses first up. That's all there is between the battery and amp to interrupt the power supply. There's a chance you have worn through the power cable insulation somewhere and its shorted out to blow the fuse, so if the fuse is gone you will have to hunt down the reason why

Might off moved on top of something and got shattered when bonnet closed. Very nearly happened to me when I was installing mine. I accidently put it on top of fuse/relay box when I was laying cable.
