hey mate can't speak for the h/u as i havent ever seen the double din response before.. but as for speakers they are top notch for the money you pay. i'd recomend anything response for the money.
Cheesr.
I played around with that h/u while i worked there, was display, its not too bad.
As for speakers ive got the 2nd from top speakers, there great deffinetly worth it
The response woofers sound better than my option audio woofer the tweeters arnt as good.
how much are the headunits worth?
the company called Electus they supply Jaycar and i can get it off them for About half the price but the deal only goes to the end of the month so if anyone has one and know how good or bad they are that would be nice thanks

Bump still wanting to find out if anyone has one and how good they are
Havent used that exact model before, but have used the similar products (the LCD screen, DVD player etc) and founf them to be a little above average. I mean theyre better than the cheap and nasty products available on Ebay but not as good as the "namebrand" products like Clarion, Alpine, Kenwood etc etc.
Basically, for the money its unbeatable.

^^^Not sure what retail is on the unit but don't forget that you can often pick up the Clarion Max386VD for around 500 at places like autobarn and the ilk. I know autobarn will be having them back in stock soon and you can pick them up for around 500-600. Although adding on bluetooth is a further chunk of change and USB is another chunk of change. But the quality of the unit amazing. But bear in mind that it has 6 channel RCA output instead of the response 2 channel. Hence adding a full system (4channel and sub amp) 10 times easier. If you just want the screen and are happy with a sub and amp? then perhaps the jaycar is the way to go?
You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!
bought it the other day and havent installed it yet but i'm just going to run the headunit and some upgraded speakers i got 4x 300W 6" Sony Xplod's 4-Way for front and back so should be nice and respectable.
how much you pay?
