calrion headunit clock restarts

hi i have just installed a Clarion MAX385VD in my vz ute , and just worinding what wire must be conected wrong for why my clock keeps restarting and radio station reset ??
is it the accessory wire not connected right ? what would i connect it to pwr antenna ? also is the accessory wire yellow ? plz help

You have not wired the (+12V Constant) right... it needs to be attached to a wire thats +12V all of the time, no matter what... like the battery.
