Hey folks, this is my first post on the forums here... nice to meet you all!

I recently bought a 2000 VX Calais, which comes with the 10 speaker, 10 stacker Maestro Series sound system.

Firstly, I noticed the CD caddy was jammed in the stacker unit in the boot. When I push the eject button it just clicks and sputters. Would it be safe to just jam a screwdriver in there or something to jimmy it out? I'd rather not pay $150 to repair the darn thing if it's just a simple jam.

Secondly, it's a 10 speaker system, but I dunno where all the speakers are actually located! haha... can anybody here give my a run down on the stock system and how it's set-up (ie. where the speakers/amps are).

Lastly, if I want to replace the system (lets say, the head unit for now), what would be the recommendations? Would a new head unit work well with the existing amps/speakers (keeping in mind that I will replace the speakers eventually but for now will it work out?)
