Default Picking up noise from engine

Hey, just wanted to check something.. I hooked up my second amp a bit dodgily until i get my new wiring, i 'piggy back' wired one amp to the other, since then been picking up signal from the engine. Its like a whining noise that increases as you accelerate, gets louder and higher pitched. once i re do the wiring properly with 4awg, distro blocks etc, this should go away yeah? Anything i can do to stop it for the meantime?
    Cheers.

yeah honestly dude, there is a few things you can do to try and get rid of it but the reality is it'll be s much easier to just re-do the whole wiring. DOn't rofget to keep your RCAs away from the power cab;e. Run them on either side of the car preferably.

Running the RCA cables together with the power/other cables picks up engine noise. If that is really bad you should run the wires on separate sides of the car

dont worry about it too much mate, it started once i piggy back wired my two amps together so once i re do the wiring properly with 4awg and a distro block etc, i rekon it should be sweet. or hope so at least haha

    Hey man,

Make sure power is one side a memory other side, Also that they dont run straight past the ECU. But i think re check the eathing and also that you have them the right side, because if not they will get that noise
It's worth as much as someone is willing to pay!

Guys its not a power / RCA / ECU problem, it started after he piggybacked the second amp off the first amp, he didnt run any new power or RCA cables so obviously its not that.

sweefu, i think you'll have to put up with it untill you wire it up properly
