New VY Head Unit?

Hey Guys,
New to the forums
I bought a VY Exec the other day and want to change the stock unit. It looks fair complicated to put another headunit in, so whats the go, do you think maybe a DVD player is a better option. Ive tried researching and found not alot really. Im from Penrith in Sydney so any cost or places to go would be great.

Its not too hard to put a new head unit in yourself depending on what skills you have, although putting in a dvd h/u would be a harder job. Otherwise the average price for head unit installation is about 80 - 110 depending where you go and what your installing.

yeah but, in the VY the way the stereo is fitted in them seems maybe i cant go the way of a traditional head unit, but something similar to how the stock one is.

you can go for a new head unit rite outta the box. dere not dat hard to change but if ur a bit iffy go down to ur local autobarn or strathfield and theylllhelp you out wif the oerfect setup and will even install it for u

you will need a fascia kit in oredr to fit an aftermarket HU, easily available from any car audio store
