im thinking of installing 6" inch alpine components in the front and 6" coaxils in rear, just wondering if its a waste of time hooking the rears up to an amp(also have 12 inch in boot)

I say if you have a spare amp lying around then go for it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to amp them in most cases

I wouldn't even bother buying rears... complete waste of money imho. Spend the money on the fronts and get a better set.
