have found a New 09 Pioneer GM-6400F 4 Channel Bridgeable Amplifier
but its only 60 W RMS X 4.

is this powerfull enough to run 4 speakers?

Yes, but what speakers?

Match the amp's RMS rating to speakers with a similar RMS rating and you can't go wrong.
