vs - pioneer hu wiring

hey ive just bought a pioneer head unit off ebay to use while im fixing up my car and have bought the wiring harness for it an have just been hooking it up to a wiring harness for vr/vs that plugs straight onto the existing stock harness (the plug that plugs into the back off the stock radio) ive connected all the speaker wires, the 12v constant, the ground and the 12v ignition switch and now i am left with 1 wire on each the pioneer and vr/vs harness, they are both blue althoug the one on the pioneer harness has a white pinstripe/line and has "AMP TURNON 12V+" written on it and the one on the vr/vs harness has "POWER ANTENNA"
can someone please tell me are these 2 suppose to go together? if not are they suppose to go to any other wire cos there are no more to go to except the orange wire labelled "DASH LIGHT ILLUMINATION" which ive just folded over and taped up.

ok sweet cheers i wuda put them 2getha earlier but it jus threw me off a bit that 1 sed power antenna and 1 sed amp turnon didnt make sense for them to macth up but thnks man
