Default Drivers side speaker wont work

Hey guys i recently bought a VS commodore and the drivers side speaker wasnt working. I was thinking that the speaker had blown or the connection had came off so i bought new speakers for it and they dont work either so it wasnt the speaker. It still has the eurovox head unit in it so do you guys think that its just fallen out at the back of the HU or could there be another problem with the wiring? I was hoping i didnt have to re-wire it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks

You sure its not something simple like the balance is all the way to the left?

Otherwise the wiring may have broken where it runs from the kick panel and into the door. I would take off the side plate of the dash (the piece that joins to the door vents) and look around for the wiring, it will be two wires, one dark green and the other light green.....There should be a plug there too, just unlpug it and temporarily connect some speaker cable to it and then to a test speaker, if it works then a wire has probably broken in that rubber grommit in between the kick panel and door.
Another way to do it is to remove the head-unit and test each wire with a multimeter for continuity.
    150db in a commodore =
