Sony Head deck Security Code

Hey Guys,

When I got my new car it has a Sony M850MP head deck in it and it needs Security Code. Is there anywhere I can take it so I can get a Code? Sony require proof of purchase of the head deck in order to supply a new Code.

I would say your shit out of luck, time to buy a new head unit, preferably a Sony then you can just plug it in. Sony will be your only chance of getting the code and being you don't have the reciept they won't give it to you, not to mention it may have been changed by the old owner too, my old kenwood one had factory number set security code and you could change it to something you wanted, problem with that is your the only one who knows it.

Dam, will try and get in contact with the guy i got the car off and see if he has it. Its to much of a good head deck to get rid of
