    Smile Ve sv6 audio help???

Hey guys. I have a sv6, want to add some aftermarket speakers and two subs but want to keep the original headunit. What do i need to run another amp from the headunit, also can i have two amps, one for the speakers and one for the 2 subs?
Also what speaker sizes will fit straight in
Thanks for the help, any advice would be great!
    cheers!

    1. You need to speak to ASR audio, they're a sponsor on here, get Greg to modify your head unit to takes RCA outputs OR if that turns out not to be possible I can hook you up with a LOC which will convert the head units signal into RCA signals.

    2. Yes, you can run 2 amplifiers

    3. Any speaker that fits right in isn't worth having

    My questions to you:

    1. Which state are you in?

    2. Have you checked out my website: Shopping Secure - Car Audio Specialists, I'm the car audio sponsor on here and I would like to offer my services

You want 6.5" splits in the front, and probably 6.5" coaxials in the rear but I'm not 100% on the VE standard setup.
You CAN buy amps with remote bass control, but if you have it setup right from the start you won't need it.
What sort of budget are you looking at??

At this stage it looks like we still have a contact in pioneer so i can get the gear for a very good price, for our boat we got 2 amps 2 subs and 4 speaker/dvd playing headunit for about 1grand. however I cant install it into a car so it installation cost that i am worried about. I have about $2500 but the discounted equipment helps. Do you no anywhere good in melbourne to install it?

^^I've heard gl sound pro are very good. I'm in talks with them now for an install in my VE ute. They are a little pricey but I beleive you get what you pay for.

Yea you definitely get what you pay for. If your going to upgrade then you may as well go for good stuff. I have the upgrade from ASR using the original head unit with low level outputs to the stock Blaupunkt head unit and I honestly couldn't be any happier. The sound quality is magnificent. Wouldn't want anything else!

I could probably hook you up with a guy from "Riverside Customs" named Michael. I've seen a bit of his work and I was impressed so you could probably go and check him out and possibly give me some feedback as I'm not able to actually go down to Melbourne to check him out.
