    when or where?

where - ive got 2 in my VS, if you have 2 sub's you can easily mount both of them on the back of the sub box/s, ive got one of mine under the seat and the other on the back of the sub box.

when - when you do your install!

I wouldn't go mounting them to your sub boxes.. I'd either mount them under the driver and passenger seats, (depending on their size, and the need for cooling) other wise if your handy enough, i'd build a side wall in the boot, that way they can be mounted neatly and will have plenty of cooloing space around them..

A sub enclosure will vibrate and can flex when under force from the sub when in use. So why would you want to go mounting something with circuit boards and soldered objects to it?

Nothing tbh, just thought it would help people come up with ideas if they knew what sizes they were working with.

Thats cool, each to their own and all that

Many SPL installs have no other option but to mount the amp on the box, and as you know SPL installs generate a "little" bit of vibration lol.

Back on topic, what about the back of the rear seat? Do the VXs have a peice of metal that slides down with the seat like the VN-VS?

im not sure, its ok ive done it now, ive mounted them onto the sub box, both onto the one box and it will be sweet, i wasnt worried about vibration because ive done it before and its been fine, was thinking about the read of the seats but im designing it to be easy to remove when needed
