gps dvd head units

hey i see these things on ebay all the time.

there a dvd player with a screen, built is a card reader and a gps. are they anygood? has anyone here ever purchased one?

i cant see them being that great of quality, but would consider one if others have had them and thought good thibngs.

dont have one, probably never will get one, what ive learnt is you get what you pay for.
and this thing will probably work, not perfect, and prolly be considerably dodgy, given how low priced it is.
not that its bad, just might not last longer than 2 years or so

There seems to be a thread on these once a month. Every time the same conclusion is drawn. THEY ARE CRAP!

If you want a decent double din gps/dvd head unit have a look at Eclipse, Pioneer and Alpine... but be prepared to pay for it.

Hey mate yea i got a similar one about 6 months ago.
Aint bad at all got all the gizmos nav dvd mp3 reverse camera. Havent had a problem with it yet . Couldnt resist it only $300 and about $170 instillation !
