Just shop around at all good stores and see what deals you can get. I do my buying from repco, only because i get trade prices. Other than that i buy mostly online.
what sites do u buy from online, can u link me? cheers
i think reco r cheap
Yes Repco are cheap, in price and quality. Get some decent gear.
Are you going to do the installation yourself or do you have to get an installer to do it? Are you using the stock deck or do you need a different one?

Since I'm the owner, I can help you with any package that you would like
You will find it very difficult to find better gear than what is offered in the brands I provide.
But you already know all this, didn't you read the replies in your last thread?

Hahaha, well thats okay mate. The reason you haven't heard of my brands is because they're quality brands out of Europe. Have a read of my review section and you will see what I'm talking about:

I offer the best value for money on the market so it would be very unfortunate if you missed out on what I have to offer.

*sigh* no he's definitely right, boutique brands from Italy must definitely by inferior to mass produced cheap stuff from China.
Sikan1 research some of Joe's brands, these brands are used in championship winning builds. Try finding a trophy winner using Sony or Kenwood equipment.

How many threads do you want!!?? Firstly, you listed a budget of $1100, then asked us what to buy, and then where to buy, and then you link us to a full setup from Repco for $250, and ask what we think?
Take the time to actually read all the helpful replies given to you by our members. If you haven't heard of a brand, do some research on it.
I had never heard of Audio Development before Joe came along, and since then i did some research, and i am now buying my second set of Audio Development split's from him.
Why would you go to Repco to purchase car audio gear? Do you think Repco are serious about car audio lol? Any store that has a section, for car audio, is a store not worth going to.That's why there are dedicated car audio stores.
Have a look at Mobile Electronics Australia forums, you'll get some good advice and won't have brands pushed down your throat![]()
I don't see where we didn't give him good advice and I don't see the difference. The gear I suggested to him is all gear that MEA users use and is provided by sponsors on there.

He'll get more advice from real people than sponsors over there. Sponsors aren't allowed to push their products down people's throats over there![]()
Even if your not at all interested in a particuar brand, it may pay to do some research on it anyway. That way when you do finally get around to making your purchase, you'll have something to compare your products to...When i see a brand i'm not familliar with, i'll do some research and find out as much as i can about it. When i first started out in car audio, i purchased products from mainstream suppliers, only, brands like, Kenwood, Sony, Clarion ect, you know the one's i mean. These day's however,i won't touch them, i won't even buy an amp from them. Sure, they all make some decent product's within the range somewhere, but i now look "outside the box" so to speak, and i've discovered a whole range of brands that i never knew existed.
As far as buying online goes, well for me, that's where the bargains are. Whether it be new or used gear, i'm confident most of the time, that i can find a better deal online, that what a local store will be willing to offer me. I don't even know where i'm going with this now lol, i guess what i'm trying to say is, don't just write off a brand because you've never heard of it.....

big decisions dno wat to do:????????S?
GO AND LISTEN TO DIFFERENT SPEAKERS IN SHOPS!!!!
Find some you like, buy them. Job done.
I've dealt with Joe (shoppingsecure.com) a bit and am using some of his gear atm. He could probably put together a deal for you, and we could compare it with what you have found in shops that you like.
What are you trying to get from your stereo? Do you just want fully-sik subwoofas cranking down the street?
EDIT: I guess I could be more helpful....
I have used cheap pioneer headunits a few times without a problem. They would be worth looking at.
Jaycar splits used to be good for the money. Have a listen to some of them.
DON'T use cheap clarion or kenwood amps or subs. They sound shit.
Basic pioneer subs used to be ok
