Default Subs not working after changing HU

I recently bought a VX Clubsport and replaced the Double din Alpine with a single din Pioneer.
Used Holden to ISO adapter and an ISO to Pioneer adapter.
The car has front door speakers, rear door speakers and 2x 10inch subs in parcel tray and a 4 channel amp.
Everything was working fine before I changed the HU but now the subs aren't working.

The 2 subs and front door speakers are running off the amp.
When connecting the wires up there were 2 wires left over that come from a switch in the centre console.
I'm not sure what the switch is for but it has 3 wires coming from it, 1 is a ground.
I have no idea where you would put these wires and I'm pretty sure these are the cause of the subs not working.

Have attached a pic of the switch and 2 remaining wires.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hmm, that switch could be anything......even a switch for the power antenna maybe?
Could also be a swtich to turn the amp on/off, but with one wire going to earth im not sure.

Was there a small wire at the head-unit that runs to the amplifier? If so then make sure this is connected to the blue/white wire on the back of the new head-unit.

Turn the head-unit on and have a look at the amp, does it turn on? Should have some type of light to indicate this.....if you cant find any lights then get yourself a test light and make sure there is power at the + and REM terminals at the amp (while the stereo is on).
I assume you connected up RCAs to the new head-unit?

From memory, those ISO connectors do not have the remote line loaded into the socket, you'll have to add this from your new Head unit plug.

You say the subs and front speakers are running from the same amp, yes? You're getting sound from the front speakers, yes?

Do you have RCAs from your head unit to your amp?

Yeah connected up the RCAs and remote wire and the amp does turn on. Front speakers are run off the amp and they're working just not the subs.
Might have to just go back over all the wires again.

    Cheers

So the amp is 4 channel? How many RCA plugs do you have at the head-unit (like 1 pair, 2 pairs etc)?

If nothing else has changed from the amp to the subs / speakers, it has to be a wiring problem at the head-unit.
