I was wondering would the 6 stack CD player in a 06 SVZ fit in a 01 VU Ute.
If it does is it a straight swap or would the steering wheel controls on the Ute not work

Also is there anyway of getting a CD player to replace the one in the SVZ that would still have the steering wheel controls active

vy/z stereos are a different shape to vu. theyre bigger, so no, it wont fit.

How much of a difference is it
It it both depth and width or just the one

lol, fibreglassing a vz unit into a vu... possible but not worth it... but hey i saw a vh commodore with the centre part of a vy dash installed.
