Guys I've got AntiVIBE and DNA Deadening available now.
I'm looking for someone to do a test on them for me. I'm already confident that AntiVIBE is the best deadener available in Australia but I want to get some quick feedback before I start a group buy with it.
I also want someone to do some testing on my DNA deadening for customers who look to do things on a much tighter budget
If anyone is interested please post.

Could the deadner be applied internally on an enclosure simialar to dampening material? Or is it completely different stuff?
I would assume its different? I could sell dacron too but I don't feel that it does anything so I don't like to sell rice LOL
Mate you can use it for anything you want... flooring for all I know LOL!

What's Dacron? I've been hunting around for some eggcrate foam, but i haven't found any yet. Maybe you can get me some of that? Could also be of use to those building sealed enclosures...?
Dacron is that white stuff you put in boxes.
Yes I can get foam but it conflicts with my employment so it would result in me getting the sack if they find out I'm selling it![]()

hey Joe,
Greg (Phreddy) was telling me about some of the stuff your able to get hold of/looking at getting speaker wise ... sounds awesome!
I'm happy to help out, funds permitting. Just let me know. I really need to start upgrading the system bit by bit.
Im in Western Sydney and have a VZ Acclaim. The Zeds been a bit of a breeding ground and demo car for some of Gregs ideas and toys as I'm heavily involved with the JC NSW cruise club, so I cant see why this couldn't be any different
Cheers
You just got an MSN add![]()

I was meant to drop in and talk to a bloke from a little company selling sound deadening this weekend but won't have time. You know I'm always happy to experiment with my car, but I can't comapre to dynamat or anything, having never added sound deadening to a car before.
I was getting prices on bitumen carpet underlay for the whole floor, then deadening for all 4 doors and the boot

I'm heading down the road of wanting to put sound deadening into my car. It just all depends when and funds permitting but I'd be up for it. I live in the North-West area of Sydney and I own a VZ Berlina.

yo Joe, might be interested in doing this as I'm about to deaden my VZ. However as I've got a half box of dynamat in the shed I'm not keen to put any more money towards it. Maybe we could figure out a way we could switch the products or something as I'd definitely be happy to test yours out in place of the dynamat, write a review/comparison of the two etc.
Edit: just like to add I've previously used dynamat in my old car so have had first hand experience with installing it and hearing what effect it has on sound quality.. it should be pretty easy for me to compare the two. I was using the same setup as I have in my current car too.

I am available weekends. Where abouts are you located? I'd probably be interested in the AntiVIBE. The current system I'm running is:
* Head unit: Blaupunkt 6 stacker head unit
* Fronts: Alpine SPR-17S component 2-way speakers
* Rears: Alpine SPR-17C coaxial 2-way speakers
* Speaker amplifier: Alpine MRV-F345
* Monoblock amplifier: Alpine MRD-M605
* Subwoofers: Alpine SWR-1242D x 2
But yea all depends on how much. Looking to do all doors and the entire boot.
