    Thats an easy choice

The PDX wins hands down, much better build quality and internals = longer life and better sound. Although it only has 100wrms per channel (the V12 has 125wrms per channel) i dont think 25wrms is going to make a huge difference. So yeah, PDX all the way!
Also, the PDX has a much smaller footprint than the V12, perfect if mounting areas / space is limited.

Well David id first like to ask why you have listed those two amplifiers as your options.
Personally it comes down to what amplifier produces a better sound that you and only you can decide.
Its hard to actually go to a store a listen for yourself which also makes it harder to decide.

Ill tell you the actual differences between these amplifiers, the V12 is discontinued stock but may still be available at some stores or online. It is a class AB amplifier which if you do some research will help you understand in making a choice between the 2 amps. The PDX is a class D amplifier which converts the signal from analog processes and amplifies it and converts it back to analog.
The benifit from a class D amp is its size is reduced, it is more efficient at producing power, and it gives you a cleaner and more accurate reproduction of the waveform it is amplifing.

Thats more of a technical explanation. Personally, efficiency, size of amp and its accurate reproduction of sound technically means nothing to my ears when listening to a quality sound system. I believe that class D amps almost produce a clean sound that is to pure. I like the sound of a class AB amp personally over the class D. Although i prefer a class D amp to power subs than a conventional amp.

So if you can try and listen even to a pdx on the same speakers and then a class AB. See what sounds better and make your decision.
