I already have a 12" subwoofer in my boot. Would it be better if i just got a good set of 6.5" splits in the front rather than these 6x9? eventually i would like to get both but obviously i cant afford it all (still at school)
As you already have a sub, i would be going with a good set of 6.5" splits in the front. Then save up for an amp to power them, those 6x9s are about $140 odd dollars? What i would suggest for $130 front speakers is these guys:
6.5" Precision Response Kevlar splits - Jaycar Electronics
They arent being made anymore so might be hard to find, if so i have a 2nd hand set here that i can sell you, pm me if interested.
