how to pull vr dash apart

I was just wondering how to remove the centre dash out of a vr commodore as i want to change the original cassette one out and put my kenwood system in

the aircon starts up and drops the revs on the car but doesnt not go cold i had a aircon guy look at it and he said my evaporator is blocked but i think he was just trying to make $$ off me can u lend a hand??
