Yes it will, and provided you wire you voice coils in parralell, it will produce a 1ohm load to the amp, which is rated at 1000rms at 1ohm.

You are aware this amp is in the states right?

Finally, someone puts up proper links / specs when asking questions.......People take note! If you dont put the effort into providing details like this, it makes it harder to give you an informed response (unless we know the product personally).

    Anyway, i agree with VP
    150db in a commodore =

The amp will run the subwoofer.
You can also wire the Subwoofer in series. To make it a 4 OHM subwoofer.
But it will be better to wire it up in parallel more RMS power.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Got the sub on Friday and plugged it into a mates amp to make sure the sub worked, sounded unbelievable. Almost blew his amp. Now can't wait till my amp comes so I can get it installed. Plus If anyone else wants a sub like this the guy is selling another one, cost 270 and is in a ported soundstream box, hardly used and in great condition. It located in Sydney

If you wired it up in parallel. Was your friends amp 1ohm stable?

Well if you did wire it up in parallel and the amp was not 1 ohm stable and had the volume up
it can damage the amplifier. It is important to no the impendence load of the amp.
The amp you are buying is 1 ohm stable which will run that sub.

yeah, we just plugged it in to make sure the sub worked, wasnt for very long. it kept cutting out in parts of the song with heaps of bass. i bought it off this guy who only used it for one competition, had two of them and a 15 inch XXX soundstream amp, pretty impressive stuff
