As Title Says
I Need To Get An Alpine Type X 12" Sub Recoiled
And One Of My Type X Splits (SPX-17REF) Needs To Be Refoamed
If Anyone Knows A Good Place In Melbourne South East Suburbs That Would Be Great.
Any Help Would Be Great
Thanks
Adrian
What would be the point? Clearly, you do not know how to correctly adjust your systems settings, and have therefore damaged some fairly decent components.
My car audio:
CD tuner: Alpine CDA-9884E with Ipod interface
Front speakers: Alpine Type R SPR-17S 6.5 component speakers, powered by a avant-garde 23dxi 2 channel amplifier - 2x51 watt RMS
Rear speakers: pioneer coaxials connected to tuner
Subwoofer: Alpine Type R SWR-1222D 12" 2 ohm dual voice coil 500 watts RMS powered by a response precision 2x150 watts RMS 2 channel amp bridged to 500 watts RMS @ 4 ohms

I need anger management!!!!!!
lol u got it all wrong
i bought the type x sub off ebay for 50 bux knowing that one of the coils were gone as i figured it would be worth getting repaired as it is a $700rrp sub
and the splits i picked up from the wreckers for $20 the surround got damaged when they put the door trims back on after installing the speakers (these are also around $700 retail)
so definately worth gettin em fixed i reckon
i would never thrash speakers this decent to blow em up lol
I apoligise mate.I assumed because you said that you need to get them repaired, that you were the original owner, and considering it was not only a sub, but a speaker also that was damaged, i thought this guy is just a numb skull.
Dosen't look cheap getting them repaired, so best of luck.
