boot carpet / backless carpet

sorry if this info is already on here, i did a quick search but didnt come up with anything.

anyways, i am in the process of making a custom woofer box and parce shelf in my impala


am up to the carpet stage and was wondering if anyone knew any good websites or shops that sell backless carpet/felt or velour. i hit up knox carpets yesterday and scored some more dynamat and a floor carpet but they didnt do anything else.

basically looking for a 'camel' colour, like a light tan. it cant be carpet cos itll have to be able to bend around 90 degree corners without balooning.

i know jaycar sell speaker cloth, but its only in grey or black which doesnt suit my colour combo at all

Try Bunnings.

I've used marine carpet from Bunnings for my sub boxes, I can't remember if it had backing but we were would contact adhesive one side at a time so it would dry (30 mins or so) and not peel off when folded over the corner. The marine didn't come in light colours when I was there years ago but they had a huge variety of other carpets that might suit.
