    Default pioneer audio menu

    hey
    i was going though the audio section of my pioneer deck today ( DEH-P7650MP ) and i noticed that the screen display that normall say "sub" or sumthing simmilar now say "nonfad" ( its the function to turn the sub on and off ) also the sub level is called "nonfad" and the sub invert display i cant find any more, they were there last time i changed the settings can any one help me or should i contact pioneer

    you dont want nonfading on. you want it off as you could select in the first picture. if it isnt off the sub will not change volume with the rest of your speakers or you get no volume control on the preout. cant remember how it goes. you just want it off

    it never used to be called "nonfad", if i turn it off i have no sub, its the control for turning my sub on and off. but for some reason the name has changed i will try to find a pic of what it used to look like
    and the sub invert control is also missing,
    if any one has the same unit can they check and see what its named on theres

    It's a while since I played in that menu but if you have subs connected to the sub output you need to turn Non fading off then turn sub woofer on but i think you'll need to get into the Control menu not just the audio menu, if you have trouble doing it let me know i'll dig out some instructions and post em for you.

    i will go out first thing in the morning and have a go, pushing buttons, and what not, if i cant work it out i will let you know, either way i will post and let use all no, myabe i will go out and try now, its only 9 mmm any way i will post tomoro on my reslults thats for the help

    ok i jsut worked it out, went into control menu like you said, made sure the sub woofer thing was set right played aroudn got it right now its all in htere nice and sweet cheers mike
