"Making screaming noises"? Never heard that one before.

    What brand head-unit?

    Model numbers?

Wait, the amp is screaming or the speakers are?

    Would it be engine whine?

Set the boss amp on fire before it sets your car on fire...

Note: This may, or may not help.

Are the RCAs and the power cable on opposite sides of the car?

If the RCA's are already away from the power cables you could try something I was told by an autobarn installer, wrap the RCA's in aluminium foil to shield them from electrical noises. Seemed to work as mine were coiled up and near the power cables.(before I got around to shortening them)

Place RCA cable and power cable down opposite sides of the car.
