You could wire it to a rear channel of your head unit, but it would be lucky to get 18wrms which would not even move the sub, and chances are the h/u doesnt have a low pass filter so it would act like a giant speaker.
Pretty much as Nathanwright said.
You need an amp.

Yes it can be done, but under no means should you do it. Wiring a sub directly to the head unit, to either of it's channels, would give you at the most, 12-15 watts rms.
EDIT must have been typing at the same time as the other replies.....
if you post up the specs of the sub maybe someone can suggest an amp to power it. if you need a hand with the wiring ill come round if you're near me.

As the others have said, you need an amp. For that sub I'd buy a 2 channel amp and bridge it so it's a 1 channel amp. Since the sub is rated at 350Wrms, you want an amp that does that much or a bit more. Since you have a low budget, this is probably the best value for money you'll find for a new amp. Otherwise you'll be looking at 2nd hand.
And in reply to the others saying you'll get no or very little sound running a sub from the head unit, look at this:
It's rated at 93db 1W/1m, so...
93dB @ 1 W
96dB @ 2W
99dB @ 4W
102dB @ 8W
105dB @ 16W
108dB @ 32W
111db @ 64W
114dB @ 128W
117dB @ 256W
120dB @ 512W
You do get quite a bit more sound with more power but 105dB at 16W is still fairly loud before you take into account cabin gain![]()
lol, what do u mean by 'bridge it' ?? :P
what about this onee??

Yeah, but you need to read your amplifier instruction manual or the amp will have markings near the speaker terminals to indicate how to bridge it.
