    Default vz splits question

Hi, I have installed splits in my vz sv6 using the standard wiring in the doors and dash but I was wondering where are the standard crossover units so I can upgrade them cause the little tweeters get distorted and such. Cheers

There is no crossover. The stock tweeter has a capacitor on it to stop it from playing low frequencies. The stock woofer plays all frequencies.

If you bought splits and put the woofer and tweeter in, why did you not use the crossover that came with those??? Your tweeters will die without a crossover or high pass filter capacitor.
