VT HSV Premium Sound system settings

Hey guys,

I have a VT GTS with the Premium Sound option fitted to it.

I've just picked it up last week and cant seem to get the stereo sounding right. I've had a bit of a fiddle with the amps in the boot with the "boost" switches but havent touched the HPF or anything like that.

Anyone got any settings for me that will give the best possible sound?

What is the problem with the way it sounds now mate? Cant really help unless you can describe the problem with the way it sounds.

Mate, The original systems aren't that good...
I played with mine as well, and came to terms with the fact that my mums corolla has better sound :-(

The sound is pretty good I thought, for a "stock" system. the problem is with the bass from the subs.

there are rattles and distortion when the bass is up.

played with the "boost" switches (0, +6 and +9) and it only seems to hide the bass.

was just posting on here if it was a common problem and guys on here came across it before.
