You'll need to remove the door trims, mark out in pencil the outline of the new pod on the trim. Cut out the area on the trim for the speaker mount. Install the speaker mount on the door itself and screw the pod to the door trim. Re-install the trim and see if you need to cut more out of the door trim. Obviously run speaker cable into the door also

Through the rubber tube that you can see when you open the door. Its a bugger of a job, i fed mine through with a coat hanger and the speaker wire attachted to that, take your time though or you will pierce the rubber making it no longer water tight.

i've got vs pods/mounts and i've taken my trim off and i'm looking at my door and my speaker mounts, but there isn't any holes in the door to screw the mounts into.
how do you know where to drill so it lines up with the pod when the skin is on?
