Speaker Box Port - Dia 110mm x 160-280mm Long - Jaycar Electronics
Well if one isn't big enough just use two. Like Joe's Vibe enclosure. Looks preety awesome with two ports too, not many normal people would use it like that.

just make sum outta 150mm poly pipe n a heat gun to flare it, thats what i do
is that plummers pipe of something different
PVC pipe mate, it's all the same. Just don't use the cheap cardboard ones. Whilst their fine for HT use, the won't withstand the constant jolting from being in a vehicle.
Flaring is pretty straight forward, though it requires a few practice runs to get the hang of it. Flaring is reccomended, however it isn't nessacary.
I assume this is for maximum SPL?
If so, its REALLY important to flare those port ends. It can give you a 1-2db gain most of the time.
These ones arent cheap ($79 + post) but they are the best for "proper" flared ports:

Yeah, it's possible to mould your own "parabolic" flares like above, but its not the easiest process.
You'll probably pay $15-$20 postage so keep that in mind![]()
